More than a dozen utilities have demonstrated that a solution that clears the upfront cost barrier to clean energy upgrades for anyone is better for everyone.

Utilities have access to the capital needed to make these upgrades at scale, so that everyone–regardless of income, credit history, home ownership–can access the benefits of clean energy and benefit from lower monthly bills even in areas recognized for persistent poverty.
