Earlier this year, Clean Energy Works released a report on our work to design a blended finance solution using the PAYS for Clean Transport, to reduce diesel emissions and accelerate the electrification of transit in Lima, Peru. This work was supported by Convergence Blended Finance with a Design Funding Grant.
